Below mentioned are terms and conditions which Excellence Esthetics by Dr. Jitender Taneja trades upon and offers its services to its patients.
Please make sure that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions prior to booking any appointment or treatment.
Appointments and Cancellations
All Skin Doctors, therapists at Excellence Esthetics by Dr. Jitender Taneja are trained and approved according to the clinic's treatment protocols. If you’re unable to attend your appointment due to any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
We would need to know if you wish to cancel your appointment, you need to inform the clinic 24 hours prior to your cancellation, failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior 24 hours would lead to loss of the treatment and all discounted offers, your deposit/advance shall be liable to be forfeited by Excellence Esthetics by Dr. Jitender Taneja.
Please make sure that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time so that the paperwork can be done in the meantime. We always make sure that the appointments are all scheduled and running on time. However, if due to uncertain circumstances we would need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the clinic will make sure that you get notified as soon as possible.
Information Collected
- We might collect the following information: Personal data of the user such as, name, age, gender and contact information.
Email, SMS & Telephone Calls
- Excellence Esthetics by Dr. Jitender Taneja will be in touch and send info related to your health data stored with us. We will be sending emails and SMSes at the contact number provided by you. You have authorized us to contact you by any of the communication modes mentioned above.
- We also might use a third party vendor to help us manage our email and sms means with you. Your contact information is never used for any purpose other than to communicate with you on our behalf. Clinic never shares any information, other than your email address, with our third party email vendors and they in turn do not share these email addresses with anyone else.
Call and IP Logs
We maintain recording logs that record data about all visitors and users who have called us and/or accessed our website. We store this information only for the sole purpose of analytics in order to improve our management and overall your experience with us. All records and data are stored with us and can be accessed by Clinic employees or designers for specific purposes.
Course and Treatment Plans
When a treatment or service is booked with us, it is done on the consensus that the client would complete the whole duration of the treatment plan. Excellence Esthetics by Dr. Jitender Taneja will not be held responsible in case the client changes it’s mind amid treatment, the clinic will not provide any refunds on these plans, unless with exceptional circumstances where the client is found to be unfit due to health reasons.
These charges will not be applied to patients booking an appointment from their existing value package of treatment.
Treatment Suitability
We will always assess first if you are suitable for the treatment, prior to any treatment to be carried out. If not, we will inform you with the reasons why the treatment cannot happen. You’ll be only liable for the initial consultation, where applicable.
Liability
Excellence Esthetics by Dr Jitender Taneja will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any services to the patients.
It is the patient's responsibility to ensure that he or she will provide Excellence Esthetics by Dr Jitender Taneja with all the medical history prior to any treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such information.
The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/ or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Excellence Esthetics by Dr Jitender Taneja regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Excellence Esthetics by Dr Jitender Tanejas liability for death or any personal injury resulting from the patient's negligence.
